Design

A complete design service is available to you covering the full range of fire detection and alarm systems. You will be able to draw on our considerable experience from the initial conception to commencement of works and right through to the final completion of the project. You can rest assured that your design will fully conform to current British Standards.
Installation

Palmac are NICEIC registered and offer you a complete installation service. In addition with a fully flexible approach and a responsive attitude to your needs we ensure that any potential disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
Supply

From conventional fire products through to multi panel networked analogue addressable systems, Palmac can supply you with all your fire detection and alarm equipment requirements.
Commissioning

After the successful completion of your project a full test and commissioning service is available for all your systems. Relevant certification is also provided to ensure that you comply with all the necessary regulations.
Maintenance

Palmac offers a flexible range of maintenance services including 6 and 12 month contracts designed to accommodate your specific requirements and ensure that the installed systems operate to their optimum capability.
Technical Support

If you should have any queries or require further assistance the technical engineering team are available to provide you with all the necessary support that you may need.
Training

Palmac offers customer training on all systems they install, information on test facilities and fire, fault or bomb situations are covered. A full training programme is available for your in house engineers where required.
